Room for your family, your luggage and your ski holiday

The right transfer starts with the right vehicle. A couple with cabin bags has different needs from a family travelling with a pushchair or a group bringing ski equipment. Tell us what you are taking when you book so we can plan your journey around the whole party.

Family airport transfers

Select the child seats you need and tell us your children’s ages in the booking notes. Include pushchairs and other bulky items in your luggage information. If you are unsure which seat or vehicle to select, contact our team before sending your request.

Ski and snowboard equipment

Add your ski or snowboard equipment alongside your suitcases. Check both passenger capacity and luggage space when choosing a vehicle; an empty seat does not necessarily mean there is room for another large bag. Giving us the quantities in advance helps us arrange a suitable transfer.

Travelling as a group

For larger parties, share the total number of passengers, luggage and any separate pickup points with us. We can discuss suitable vehicle arrangements before confirming your journey. Contact us about your group transfer.

How to arrange your private transfer

1. Plan the journey. Select your pickup point, destination and travel date. For an airport arrival, enter the flight details and scheduled arrival time requested in the form. Add the return journey if you need one.

2. Choose a vehicle and add your luggage. Enter your passenger numbers, select a suitable vehicle and include suitcases, sports equipment and any child seats.

3. Check the details and send your request. Review your contact information, journey summary, payment method and displayed total. No online prepayment is required; payment is made to the driver by cash or card.

4. Receive confirmation from our team. Your initial email acknowledges the request. The booking is confirmed when our team approves it. Use the booking status link in your email to check its progress and review the recorded details.
