From the airport we join the A12 Inntal motorway and head west past Telfs, Imst and Landeck. At Landeck the road continues as the S16 Arlberg expressway and climbs through the Stanzertal valley to St. Anton. Almost the whole journey is on motorway or expressway, which makes this one of the quickest ski transfers from Innsbruck Airport.
The price is per vehicle, not per person, and it is fixed when you book. Motorway tolls and taxes are included, and the fare does not change with traffic or journey time. St. Anton has its own railway station, with direct trains from Innsbruck Hauptbahnhof. From the airport you first need a bus or taxi into the city, and at the other end you still have to reach your accommodation with your luggage. A private transfer does the whole journey in one go, which matters most with ski bags, children or a late flight.
