The route from Innsbruck Airport to Serfaus

We head west on the A12 Inntal motorway to Landeck and then follow the Reschen road south towards Ried im Oberinntal. From the valley floor a mountain road climbs to the plateau, passing Ladis and Fiss before it reaches Serfaus, the last of the three villages.

Travelling with children

Serfaus is one of the best-known family resorts in the Alps, and many of our guests on this route travel with small children. Baby seats, child seats and boosters are free; enter the ages or the seat types in the booking form. Pushchairs and travel cots fit in the luggage space of the Business Van, which carries up to 7 passengers. A Business Sedan takes up to 3.

Ski and snowboard bags are carried at no extra charge. Let us know how many bags you bring so the vehicle has enough room for everyone and everything.

Winter roads to the plateau

The road from the valley up to Serfaus is a mountain road and is cleared regularly in winter. Our vehicles run on winter tyres. On Saturdays in high season the Landeck area and the Reschen road are busy, so the journey can take longer than usual.

Train and bus or private transfer to Serfaus?

There is no railway station on the plateau. By public transport you go from the airport into Innsbruck, take a train to Landeck-Zams and change to a bus up to Serfaus. With children, pushchairs and ski bags, a direct private transfer is the simpler option.
